The form and the server log

The form asks six things and stops: your name, split in two, a phone number, an email address, which of the concrete services this is about, and a few lines saying what the job is. The web server logs its own traffic separately, which address a request came in from, what browser sent it, which page was wanted, and when. Nothing else on the site collects anything. There are no accounts here, no passwords stored, and no memory of you between one visit and the next.

Why any of it is held

Four purposes. Replying within 1 business day. Fixing a time and finding the address, which is the whole worth of a phone number here. Measuring the work and writing the estimate. And holding the job's own record afterward, depth, mix, the date of the pour, so a workmanship claim raised long after can be answered from what actually went in rather than from memory. None of it is for sale, none is rented out, and none feeds an advert.

Who else ever sees it

It goes three places and no further. To whoever writes the estimate here, which is the owner, and to the crew booked onto the pour. To the suppliers keeping this website up, delivering the email and carrying the phone line, each acting on instruction alone. And to a public authority where the law demands it: in practice a job address on an encroachment application at Public Works, or on a permit taken to the counter in City Hall West. Nothing reaches an advertising network or a broker.

No cookies and no trackers

There are none at all. This domain sets no cookie, runs no analytics package, loads no advertising pixel and records no session, which is why no consent banner stands between you and a page. Two links do lead away: tapping the office address opens a mapping service, and every review platform named here is linked. Beyond either of those the page belongs to another company, and so does the policy covering it.

How long it is kept

Three periods, and every one of them is a number this business picked rather than one the law sets. Where an inquiry never turns into work, the record goes 18 months after the last message, long enough to think about a job across a winter and ring back. Where the concrete was poured, the file is kept 10 years, because that is the horizon a workmanship claim has to be answered across. The server's own log is discarded at 30 days.

Rights in California

Three requests can be made and each is answered inside 45 days: show me what you hold, correct it, delete it. Calls stop when you say so on the phone, and texts stop on a reply of STOP. California residents hold those rights under the CCPA as the CPRA amended it, and the law also forbids treating anybody worse for using them, the California Attorney General publishes the detail. This is not a site for children

Concrete is bought by the people who own the property or act for them, which is why the site addresses adults and knowingly takes nothing from anyone under 18. A form that proves to have come from a child is destroyed instead of answered, and nothing goes back to the address on it. A parent who thinks that has happened can ring during office hours and we search the inquiry log while they are on the line.

If this policy changes

If what the site does ever changes, a retention period shortened, or a measurement script that does not exist today, this policy changes with it, and whichever copy carries the newest date at the top is the live one. Nothing is emailed out about it, since there is no list to email.
